Suzanne: Vivien's Daughter
Vivien and Suzanne
On October 12, 1933 Vivien gave birth to her first and only child, Suzanne. Though Vivien loved her daughter very much, she was not really the "maternal type". Vivien had set out at a early age to become a performer and being a full time mother did not fit in.
For the most part Vivien did what she could to be involved in Suzanne's life. She made sure her daughter was always cared for. She would hire nannys and when it came time for school, Vivien took care of that as well. Too, when the second World War broke out, Vivien was instrumental in getting her daughter to safety in Canada with her own mother.
Vivien did eventually become much more involved in Suzanne's life in her later years. She and Suzanne began to form a major mother-daughter relationship around the time Suzanne became wed and had her first child. Becoming a grandmother changed Vivien. She had realized what she had missed out on with Suzanne and did not want to repeat that with her grandkids.
Suzanne's Husband & Children
Suzanne was married on December 6th, 1957 to Robin Farrington. Exactly a year later, on December 4th, 1958, Suzanne gave birth to her first child, a son, named Neville. In later years, Suzanne gave birth to two more sons by names of Jonathan and Rupert.
Where is Suzanne Now?
As far as where Suzanne is now, no one is entirely sure. She has maintained a low profile over the years and probably just wants privacy for herself and the rest of her family and for that we must respect that. Wherever she is I do hope she is living well and the same for the rest of her family.
